• Leisure activities  :

    - On the spot : Lounge areas, tea-room, garden tours, fishing, canoeing, walks. The visit of the "Parc Floral de Haute Bretagne" is free for all guests.
    - Just a short drive away : Visit the Castle of Fougères (10 Km), the mannerist gardens of the Castle of Ballue, the Mont St Michel, St Malo, Jersey Island...

• Pets : Sorry, pets are not admitted...

• PLEASE NOTE : Reservations must be confirmed within 10 days by sending a deposit cheque
or your credit card details including number and expiry date.

• Each reservation must be accompanied by the sum of at least 40% of the total coast of the holiday..

• Cancellation : all cancellations must incur the following charges :
- between 45 and 30 days before departure : 25% of the total cost will be retained,
- between 29 and 8 days before departure : 40% of the total cost will be retained,
- between 8 and 3 days before departure : 70% of the total cost will be retained,
- between 2 and the days of departure, and any customer who fails to arrive : 100% of the total cost will be retained,
- A holiday which is interrupted, or any service not used, by the customer, for whatever reason, cannot be reimbursed.

• Arrivals/departures : Unless a special agreement has been made, arrivals and departure must take place during the normal hours stated. Arrival : usually late afternoon. Departure : late morning.

• Policies :
- Entire property is nonsmoking.
- Guest pets ar not permitted.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
